Prime Minister, James Marape, says retired Chief Justice, Sir Salamo Injia’s appointment to lead the Commission of Inquiry into the controversial UBS Loan is based on merit.
Marape made this statement in response to comments on social media regarding Sir Salamo’s appointment.
The National Executive Council (NEC) appointed the retired Chief Justice and chairman of the disbanded Task Force Sweep Team, Sam Koim, to lead the Inquiry.
